Business Management

Successful organisations, whether large or small, are well managed. The development of management skills within an organisation is an essential part of continued business growth. The Business Management programme (BM) offered by ABE is QCA accredited. It examines many areas of business and management, from marketing to economics and accounting. Qualifications include: Certificate (NQF Level 3), Diploma (NQF Level 5), Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 6) and Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 7).

Business Information Systems

Companies now seek business professionals who recognise the importance of IT to business performance and are comfortable using a range of IT applications. ABE has developed a revised QCA accredited programme in Business Information Systems (BIS), leading to awards at Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels. The programme introduces students to the use of information technology in modern business operations and explores topics such as systems, programming and networks.

Holders of the revised Business Information Systems qualifications will have a firm grounding in key IT and business skills that will enable them to build bridges between technology and business management.

Financial Management

This QCA accredited programme has been developed in partnership with the International Association of Bookkeepers (IAB) and the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA). The programme is designed for those wishing to develop careers in management with the advantage of enhanced understanding of finance and the ability to communicate in a financially specific context.

ABE is pleased to introduce its Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. Accredited by the QCA, the programme is equivalent to level 7 on the National Qualification Framework (NQF). The qualification provides a route for students to gain advanced entry to a Masters degree at UK universities.
